Douglas P. Bork, DDS
Dr. Bork graduated from The University of Illinois Dental School in 1981, and started in private practice with his father, Dr. Kenneth Bork, the same year. Since earning his D.D.S. degree, Dr. Bork has attended numerous post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry including over 600 hours of training in the treatment of TMJ disorders.
His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality care. Dr. Bork has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments.
His approach to your treatment starts with patiently listening to you. Then, after a complete and thorough examination, he reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you.

Rebecca J. Weightman
Dr. Weightman earned her D.M.D.
at Harvard University’s school of Dental Medicine. For her specialization, she
completed a three year advanced residency program in Periodontics and Implant
dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
While at Harvard, Dr. Weightman was recognized for
leadership in community outreach and excellence in
clinical periodontics. She was active in
international public health research, spending time
in South Africa studying oral lesions associated
She earned her Master degree in Oral
Sciences researching the effects of tobacco smoke on
the oral microbiome at UIC. Dr. Weightman is also
certified to provide a “twilight” level of sedation
for anxious but healthy patients.
Lori A. Ford-Schaben RDH
Ms. Ford graduated from the hygiene school at W. R. Harper College in 1987. She has been working at Dr. Bork's office since 1988. Since graduating from hygiene school, Lori has attended numerous continuing education seminars including "The Velvet Touch" local anesthesia certification for dental hygienists from the College of DuPage.
Outside of work Lori enjoys her farmette and keeps quite busy tending to her animals which include horses, dogs, and a couple of feral cats. She greatly enjoys her work both at home and professionally.
